Founder and CEO, Aliya Fonseca, MA is an Artist Innovator, a creative person who is engaged in the development and application of new media technologies for the novice writer. Ms. Fonseca introduced WUOTT to the Internet World. In contrast to the market product goals of the creative individuals who typically drive industrial innovation, the research and production conducted by artist innovator is driven by: inquiry, an exploration of the human condition, creative expression and the production of cultural knowledge. Via Internet, artist innovators have a unique ability to push the limits of technology beyond intended industrial function.

Ms. Fonseca's other professional experience is in psychotherapy and psychological assessment of human behavior. Ms. Fonseca is a Marriage and Family Therapist. She specializes in Dual Disorders: Alcohol/Drug and Mental Health. She works as a Principal Investigator with a pilot study that compares the treatment outcomes of substance abuse and the other a dual treatment modality addressing both substance abuse and other psychological illnesses. Also, she serves as a board member with the National Association of Alcohol and Drug Interventionist and is a certified provider of alcohol and drug trainings in the state of California.
