"Waking Up On The Toilet" is told through the eyes of an adolescent girl. It is a story about
becoming comfortable with oneself, having courage in one's own convictions and trusting others
who have supported or understood one's inner emotions and thoughts. Through the main character's
growth and development she learns there is a difference between living life and experiencing it
by waking up on the toilet.
