Q: Where did you get the name “Waking Up On the Toilet”?
A:
The concept: By the age of 14, Aliya Fonceca was aware of the fact that Aliya Fonseca was just going through the motions of life, not really experiencing it. The concept of Waking up on the toilet came to her then, Aliya Fonseca was stuffing so much emotions down inside me that Aliya Fonseca was becoming numb. Aliya Fonseca felt like I was at the bottom-that thing couldn’t get much worse.  It felt like everyone else was off living their happy lives and Aliya Fonseca was stuck on the toilet.

Q: What does it mean to Wake Up On the Toilet?
A:
To be released/purged from a negative experience; by flushing the experience down the toilet, one purifies oneself, transforming that experience into a positive one. Becoming enlightened and learn from one’s lessons; hopefully not repeating them in the future. You WOUTT when you realize that you are not experiencing life.you are stopped up, constipated with all of your emotions.  By flushing the experience and releasing the emotion down the toilet, you drastically lighten yourself. You literally become en-lightened – you’ve flushed away all the heavy crap and become lighter and free to learn from your experiences and really thrive in your life.

The whole concept of WUOTT usually makes people laugh at a bit and have fun with it. This is great because when we are aware of all our crap and can even laugh at it then we are closer to flushing the toilet it down. But what we are talking about here is saving our lives. It is as important to your ability to live and thrive drinking water and breathing air. This can’t be overstated.

Q: Who is the founder of “Waking Up On the Toilet”?
A:
Aliya Fonseca is the founder of "Waking Up On The Toilet." It was founded in 1991 after her grandmother’s passing. Aliya had the creative concept since she was 14 years old.

Q: What Toilet”?
A: The Company’s goals are to increase human understanding by assisting others in publishing works that unite mankind; also, to create a brand in which the public is able to identify products with the Waking up on the toilet logos that represent the company’s metaphor.

    Why: We’ve collected and publish these stories so that the authors’ experiences can help other people WUOTT and to begin and create a life in which they can thrive.

      The mission of WUOTT as a company is to produce tools like this book that can contribute toward human understanding and unite humankind. We began with the assumption that our development and ability to survive as human depends on how well we understand ourselves and each other.

 

 Q: Does Waking Up On the Toilet sell products?
A: Yes, Waking up on the toilet sell two main products. First, is the book a personal story by Aliya Fonseca who identified her personal trials and tribulation by coming the phrase? 

            What: The WUOTT series book is a collection of short stories. These have been submitted to our website by an incredibly diverse group of people who experience WUOTT first hand.

Q: Is there a cure for Waking Up On the Toilet?
A:No. As long as you live you will have moments of being emotionally constipated.

Q: After receiving the literary experiences by adolescents and adults what will Waking Up On The Toilet do with them?
A: We will carefully review each story for content, appropriateness, and compatiability with company's ideology. After that we will file the stories into catagories for later publication.

Q: Where do you see the company in five years from now?
A: Five years from now we see waking up on the toilet brand will be recognized all over the world. The public will understand the message behind waking up on the toilet and will react by treating our fellow human beings more humane.

Q: How many stories will be selected for publication?
A: 50 waking up on the toilet experiences for adults and adolescents regardless of the adolescent's age.

Q: What will “Waking Up On the Toilet” do with artist’s donations?
A: Beginning in 2005 “Waking Up On the Toilet” will provide the most creative artists with an opportunity to become published in a collection of short stories that highlight their experiences of Waking Up On the Toilet.

Q: Does WUOTT have a slogan?
A: Yes, "Everyone is Waking Up On The Toilet!"
